Hello Eurlin!
Did you download and install the Java SE Runtime Environment program? Java is a must in order for you launcher to properly work in your computer. If you haven't please download the Java SE program here. Choose from the one under "Java SE Runtime Environment 8u101" according to your OS.
It also seems that you are using an old launcher. If having the Java software did not work for you please download the updated Game Launcher here. Your launcher should look like the one seen below.
IMPORTANT: After downloading the updated Game Launcher, kindly put it in your main CABAL folder before you run the program.
