Fixed PoH

I just wanna suggest to remove the honor rank restriction for the PoH(s) if possible, so even we're honor rank 6 or higher we can still use those PoH lvl 1, same goes for other lvl(s) of PoH. So that it won't be stuck on storage and stay there for a long time.

I only have one thing to say about this suggestion are you quackin quazy. This will take away some of the challenge of playing. Part of the fun is having a goal like getting to rank 11 or for that matter any high rank and if it is easy and quick getting there then you get bored just like if it is to difficult. So there is a fine balance that needs to be kept and with the pots already dropping that is more than enough. I say this is a quazy idea.
