Hi I wanted to report a possible bug .
I think the hp steal % in Astral Boards are not having effect
i have a board with 3 slot and craft hp steal which is 12% total hp steal and my damage is around 1800 k , so i should get 1800 hp steal but I noticed that not happening . I am getting much less than that. The effect is not having effect . Could you look into it

There's a cap "max hp steal" even you got 50% hp steal , if you got only 100 max hp steal so you can only steal that amount , it's not a bug ....

use vamp earring +7 or above to increase your max hp steal

Are you wearing any hp absorb up items instead of %?
