Fixed Potion Of Soul/Experience

Consider changing the stats of these potions that drop in AT because they are almost useless compared to the amount of exp we gain and the amount of axp we get per skill

Maybe some Potion of Honor would be nice to be added at drop somewhere or other way to be obtained, of course with less amount than before.

agreed to POH drops on AT...lets say max around 5-10k..it would be nice..since we will be needing a whole lot of time to make it till the max honor rank..^^
