Refused Remove Binding Status for Costume Recipes

I don't know why they have to binded. Personally, I have no use for the following (and other recipes) as of now and I don't want to sell them to the NPCs, it might be useful to other players who wanted to buy the materials (those who avoid farming).

Those are special costumes that needs to be crafted by each user, that is why they are not sold with eCoins either.
