you cant trade it do you see the + sign.. that means after equipping it its already slot extended and we all know that all extended items are char/account bind...
yeah its confusing right it says char bind when equip.. but its already account bind.. after equipping it will became a char bind item

Indeed I did not notice that the item is already extended.
