Not a bug RW3 Crystal +15 Craft

I upgrade my RW3 Crystal first to +15, so that to avoid failing.
Then I crafted my bike to CDI on my 2ndSlot but then it fails, I wondered why it fail, so I take Screenshot..

it's not a bug putting same options on bike for 2nd slot give you 49.9% success rate and gets lower in the 3rd slot,..but if you put different options the success rate will be 99.9%
