The +15 effects will come in a future update, they are just simply not finished yet due to the amount of time it takes just to do one weapons effects

If we will find time to add the +15 effect to this weapons we will add them but for now they are looking just fine even without +15 effects so this is not a priority considering the amount of to do we have to deal with.
