Well from the recent info i got says that more channels = more lags,delays,dc etc. vice versa.
Maybe reducing channels and increasing capacity might be better.
Try reducing number of channels from 5 to 3. i.e. 1st - Trade channel, 2nd - War channel (white for those who also want to kill someone on same nation) & 3rd Event channel.
IMO it's useless to have more channels to roam around (basically for boss hunt) if majority or a lot of players experiencing very long loading times(while switching maps/channels,character selection screen), lags,delays or even disconnects at some point. For now i prefer stability and comfort than profit.(player's pov)
I've tried another server with less channel and also uses mshield but way less loading time. Might or might not work, but maybe worth a try?
