Fixed Tier mix up :

so i just came across a strange stat distribution.
somehow the archridium tier epaulette has better stats than the drei frame tier epaulette:
Archridium epaulete comes with +120 attack +180 attack rate +7 % Amp +1200 Hp (level req 125)
Drei frame epaulete comes with +120 attack +150 attack rate +6% Amp +1050 Hp (level req 145)

The drei frame Tier should be above archridium but their stats seem to be mixed up. and i gues dreiframe should have +130~140 attack
Same kind of stat mix ups are on the other epaulet types between archridium and drei frame.

i think its not an issue, since Drei frame came first before archidium even in official is like that

well its certainly not a game braking issue but you have drei frame wich is stronger on this server and so should be the epaulet
