I noticed this double stat requirement while I was checking the new frame weapons. It was a bit troubling because first it is a double stat requirement second the bottom stat requirement is unattainable. Also this appears on both Zwie and Eins frame weapons.

This is just a client side visual bug.
Will be fixed soon and a client small patch will be released on the updater.
