• Fixed an issue that caused Enchant Safe Guard (Highest) from DP cube to give a stack of 0 items
  • All previous items will be automatically fixed on each account/character
• Fixed an issue that caused Zwei Frame items to be unusable in the force upgrade system
  
• Fixed an issue that caused Limitless items to have no set effects
• Fixed the graphics of the Limitless epaulets on female characters

The dungeons drops only the requirements.

Meaning:

Tempus Boss: Powerless Tempus Ring (Requirement for Craft)

well we are as many players as yesterday when it was 3x
don't know what happend with the floating rates because, i can assure you we are enough players for 3x drop
update: it seems like the drop is 4x now .....

It is implemented only for the unique rings which include the new Tempus' Ring.

I have checked the notes about this and nothing has been changed. The drop number is updated every x minutes based on the online players for that exact date/time.
