Today we had a total of 2 maintenances. Here I am to share some information.
It was brought to our attention, that some characters after getting disconnected while being in Personal Shop mode, got stuck with the Personal Shop opened and couldn't login that character on that channel.
Now to further complicate things, the said character could be entered a different channel and this could have lead to some serious conflicts and damages in the character data.
With the first maintenance we have disabled Personal Shops and released all stuck characters.
Now we are doing our second maintenance, that contains a number of server side changes that should improve a few things and we are positive about these also resolving the Personal Shop issues.
We have opened back the Personal Shops on [1] Andromeda for now and we will monitor it to see if the issue still happens. Please report back to us if you encounter anything like this.
Additionally, some of the previously reported issues about Mercenaries and strange delays in dungeons should also be improved/fixed.
