Fixes

Fixed the problem related to Event Bikes values not being assigned to the character.
Fixed the Equilibrium Epaulets sold in the WEXP Shop and Eva Shop. They should not have the Character-Binding option set.

Changes

Skill Books

• All skill books price lowered to 1 alz.This change was done to help new players acquire the needed skills.
• The prices to un-train a skill was not modified.
• The sell price to NPC of skill books was changed to 0 alz.

Essence Runes

• Increased the maximum level of the rune to 20 for the following
  • Attack Rate
  • Defense Rate
• Increased the maximum level of the rune to 10 for the following
  • Down Resist.
  • Knock-Back Resist.
  • Stun Resist.
  • STR
  • DEX
  • INT
• Increased the maximum level of the rune to 15 for the following
  • Attack
  • Magic Attack

Blended Runes

• Adjusted the values for the following Runes

Monster EXP reward lowered for the following mobs in order to prevent it from bugging when EXP event are started.

Well, Golem and Dragon gives 0 exp now... Even 1 Senil mob gives more exp than them, useless... So redeems became painful again, no matter that everyone was happy before when they had some value.

EDIT: Stupid Corrupted Ent in NF gives better exp than Dragon...
