Fixed Visually Bugged items

the appereance of chaos helms are bugged on female char as you can see here :

but works perfectly on male char:

its proberbly due to what we did with removing the lower grade items this update, the visual of the item will be changed, i'll forward this to cykros

Same on what happened on chaos helm t'was also reported.
And it's also while on a female char.

instead of making 10 threads with different items lets keep it in 1 place so its easier to review
so if you find any visually bugged items plz reply to the post and let us know which
