You're probably using sub account, second link doesn't work if you're voting on 2 or more different accounts

I just voted on my main account just now (14:30 server time 18/01/2017).

I recommend that you try different web browser and/or use different internet connection. Furthermore, if it is a bug (globally) then I will not be able to have a success voting.
