Voting competition weekly rewards not distributed?

I'm playing here and vote for server more than 4 weeks.
Every week I did voted more than 30 times, and I never got any reward so far.
How to claim weekly rewards for voting?
Is it not automatically sent by mail ingame?

I just accidently found how to claim rewards.
For other people who donn't know: login on website > Account > Profile > click pink gift icon.

For Administrators: that server definitely lack of basic information for new players. I lost 3 rewards already, because those got expired (why cannot we claim it later?) Please add information to voting section that rewards need to be manually claimed, or will get expired, and how to do it.
