Fixed voting issue

The fourth voting panel seems to not be working. For the last 2 days when I click to vote on that last panel it does not register my vote even thou I completed the captcha code correctly.

have you tried in a different browser? i heard there may be some issues between gtop100 and Chrome for some users right now

In case you still haveing trouble with it im just reminding that the 4th voteing site is voteable after 24hours not 12 like the rest.

If you still cant vote it i use chrome and works just fine.
