Voting System not working for TOPG.ORG

Why the vote for TopG.ORG is always pending after I voted. I spent few times to revote again but sometimes it works sometimes it's not. It's very annoying to keep revote until the system respond to it. Please advise.

TopG works fine. You may have issues due to a slow internet conection.
