Blader Cut or not to Cut

Hi there Everyone,

basiclly im new here and as cabal updated over the years new to that also.

and Though i start here a Blade so as so much changed i got a bunch of questions...

and before talk anymore around em here are they.


sort wise i though about a pve combo and using now


Primary PvE Combo


DPS/Filler Combo


Single Target (With higher amp)

instead of force kick i use assault in that manner

questions here is is it got or should be changed

and how runes works as int str Dex hp max crit rate and what are the max values i gain from those runes.
