Not a bug Fail at launcher

Hi,
I have just downloaded and installed Cabal Redemption yesterday. At first, I couldn't manage to update the launcher automatically. But then I downloaded the launcher file to replace the existing one and it updated successfully (after about 2 hours). But now when I open the launcher, it appears like this picture:

I can't even read the report line under update bar. And now I'm waiting for the scanning but it feels like forever.

Is there any solution for this, please show me.

The message tells you that the client contains to many damaged files.
Please download a fresh copy of the installer and it will work.
